Happy New Year!

Wishing you and your family a very Happy New Year. Hoping that 2013 brings you tons of happy memories, good health and yummy food!
Our holiday period was spent sharing many family moments together, while beginning our GAPS Diet Journey. In the coming weeks I'll be sharing a stage at a time with you, sharing our successes (and challenges) of our foray into the GAPS Introduction Diet.
In "real time" we are now up to stage 3 and things are going well. It has been a bit of a struggle at times to get the kids to eat all the new foods, but each day we are making tremendous progress.
This period at home with the family has also been a wonderful time of reflection of 2012 and for setting goals for 2013. I now have a clear vision for this website in 2013 and I'm super excited for what the upcoming year holds.

Happy New Year to you and your family!! My goal this year is to eat more clean and exercise more, more cardio! Ugh!!!
