Green Muffin Tin Meal

This Green Muffin Tin Meal was prepared for my 20 month old Foodie. I happened to have a selection of green "superfoods" on hand so put them all together for this super healthy meal.

The Green Muffin Tin Meal is made up of:
Green Cucumber Hearts
Green Kiwi Fruit Slices
Mini Green Zucchini Hash Browns

Of course he went for the kiwi fruit first - he has a real fruity sweet tooth!

My girls have yet to learn an appreciation of kiwi yet. Maybe if I cut it into cute hearts!

Yeah, my girl won't eat kiwi fruit either (or cucumber). Actually she's not keen on Zucchini either, but I bet she'd eat those hash browns! I think this lunch looks yummy!

The shapes are great and the zucchini hash browns sound like something I'd love to try! Are you sharing the recipe?
