Berry Banana Smoothie
The boys LOVE yoghurt, and have at least a serve a day. Mr 22 months insists on feeding himself and making a GIANT mess in the process. So, on days when I prefer to keep him free of a head to toe yoghurty coating, I pop his yoghurt into an easily drinkable smoothie instead - so Mr 22 months can 'have his yoghurt and eat it too' - without getting covered in the healthy stuff!
Berry Banana Smoothie
1 Banana, sliced
3/4 Cup Frozen Berries (I used raspberries in this instance)
Juice of 2 oranges
1/2 Cup Yoghurt (I used berry, but use any yoghurt you have on hand)
1 and 1/2 Cups Milk
1 teaspoon Honey
1. Place fruit, yoghurt and milk in your blender.
2. Drizzle over the honey and switch the blender on and blend for 30 seconds.
3. Turn the blender off, give the contents a good stir and blend again for another 30 seconds.
4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Makes 1 Litre/4 Cups of Berry Banana Smoothie

I'm just now jumping on the smoothie wagon after replacing my dead blender of two years. It's good to have another recipe to try. Thanks for sharing at Allergy-Free Wednesdays! We hope to see you back again next week.
